I have taken several of my children to Dr. Moon for wisdom tooth extraction. He is the best at what he does! We have also referred friends and they have been so pleased.
I cannot stop recommending Dr. Allan Moon to all my friends for oral surgery and wisdom teeth extraction. He is literally the best of the best. He is the only dental surgeon who can make you have a painless wisdom tooth extraction. He genuinely cares for his patients, is very professional and attentive and explains everything step by step. My wife Agnes just had her oral surgery done by Dr Chris Chen. She told me that she didn't even know it was done. The staff were wonderful. She received the phone call to follow up on her progress. She appreciated and thanked the clinic.
Dr. Chris Chen removed both mine and my brother’s wisdom teeth. Was a fast procedure and had no problems post operation. He was very responsive in follow up questions a week post operation.
Wish they were more understanding and flexible when I said I was running 15 min late to my appointment. After a very lengthy and difficult commute, they said they couldn't squeeze me in. Wasted about 2.5 hours going back and forth for nothing. They even told me I was lucky to not be charged a rebooking fee. Definitely will not be rebooking.
