I’ve never had to hang up on an agent for speaking to me like a little girl over the phone. Literally was speaking over me like he was teaching me a lesson as we were speaking about my funds. Literally insane. Allan Domb has rentals all over Philly, try to avoid unless you’re ready to fork out the application fee, 1st and last and security deposit BEFORE YOUR APPLICATION IS EVEN APPROVED. Crazy business decision.
I lived in Unit 2113 at Hopkinson House, managed by Allan Domb Properties, from April 2023 to May 2025. The unit was privately owned and shown through a third-party service (Rent Scene).
