Friendly staff, supportive to patients needs, professional operation, efficient, minimum waiting, staff and Doctor were prepared for an evaluation of my status, recommendations, and treatment plan going forward.
Dr. Chiang was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and helped look further into what could be causing my problem instead of just brushing it off. I truly appreciated how thorough and professional he was, and I felt supported every step of the way. It’s clear he cares about his patients and wants to find real answers. I highly recommend Dr. Chiang to anyone looking for a doctor who is both compassionate and dedicated.
The staff was very helpful. They answered my questions when the allergy testing process was underway. They explained clearly how the testing works. Dr. Chiang was very good at explaining the test results. The entire allergy test testing was very positive.
It was great meeting my new allergy doctor for the first time. I had been with someone since 2014 and was not ready for switching doctors. He was GREAT and so was his staff! I love that he did his own test on me and made a decision instead of using my doctors past test. And be really took the time to listen!
