Everyone is nice enough during visits, but asking questions or getting information after an appointment can be very challenging. One set of ultrasound photos sent and another didn’t and despite reaching out multiple times to explain the situation I never received the images. I was also referred to another doctor for NT testing and that tech said my original OB would call me with results and they never did. Honestly really disappointed in this place, especially as it's supposed to be LGBTQ+ friendly. Didn't listen to my girlfriend's concerns, made me feel guilty for insisting on a test they refused to offer without symptoms, whilst getting tested the nurse asked me if I thought I knew how to do their job better than them, then (HILARIOUSLY) the test did indeed come back positive, still billed me over $100 for the test, no apology from the practice for denying me the test or making me feel bad for insisting on it. If you're having a baby, perhaps Dr. Bente is great. If you're not, don't waste your time.
Very easy to get an appointment and the office feels very welcoming.
