Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and service provided by this agency. On several occasions, the home health care person doesn’t arrive, with no warning. The office claims someone is scheduled, but they do no follow up to verify if that person indeed did their job. Upon calling the office in Watkinsville, GA, they claim they didn’t know! My grandma needed more care then we could give her, and a home was out of the question for my family. We heard of this place from a friend and we consider ourselves blessed to have such a great set of ladies helping us. The one on one great care she gets from her aide goes beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you ladies for all you do for this family.
I am so glad that I'm not longer with this provider I was a client, I am 42 yrld my neck was broken May 5th 2018 I was with them from January until about a month ago the company I was with was out of Athens Ga I would've been with them that long but I was told I would have to be without an aide for a while waiting to find another provider and at that time I couldn't care for myself and my 17yrld had to go to school the first aide I had deliberately allowed me to fall out of my wheelchair because i had a conversation the day ... read more
They are great group of people to work with. Allows you to choose clients that fit your skills and comfort zone.
I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone very very unprofessional the aids call off all the time I went a whole month waiting for a replacement aid for my Dad they never tried to call me I had to call them as soon as they found a new worker she worked two days then 2 weeks later they find a new aid she called in the first day elderly people reli on help daily and this unprofessional company can not provide I wish they had a negative star cause that's what I would press😡😡😡
