Idc how many people you recruit to get to do a perfect review, this will ALWAYS be the worse Health Care Facility ever… I find it so ironic soon as someone give a bad review they get someone to do a great review right afterwards lol .. As I said before there are ALOT of call outs and no shows!! Take your service elsewhere!
Worse agency ever .. please do not waste your time here , people call out or do a NO show , it’s just always excuses . It should be management duty to come out after their workers cannot make their scheduled shift time … I’ve worked for agency’s so I know this treatment is unacceptable when caring for someone’s family member … You should go to Visiting Angels instead you will be much more satisfied.
Very disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and service provided by this agency. On several occasions, the home health care person doesn’t arrive, with no warning. The office claims someone is scheduled, but they do no follow up to verify if that person indeed did their job. Upon calling the office in Watkinsville, GA, they claim they didn’t know! I am so glad that I'm not longer with this provider I was a client, I am 42 yrld my neck was broken May 5th 2018 I was with them from January until about a month ago the company I was with was out of Athens Ga I would've been with them that long but I was told I would have to be without an aide for a while waiting to find another provider and at that time I couldn't care for myself and my 17yrld had to go to school the first aide I had deliberately allowed me to fall out of my wheelchair because i had a conversation the day ... read more
My grandma needed more care then we could give her, and a home was out of the question for my family. We heard of this place from a friend and we consider ourselves blessed to have such a great set of ladies helping us. The one on one great care she gets from her aide goes beyond anything we could have imagined. Thank you ladies for all you do for this family.
