I have been waiting for a month for my daughter's school uniform blazer to come in. your employees are horrible they do not have any customer service at all. I have called 2x over the last month to get an update and no one has any idea when they will come into only that they have attitude and do not even ask for my name so how do they know that it has not come in I prayed!!! I have been on hold for the last 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor. What a horrible experience and school starts tomorrow!
When I called, they said they had the pullovers available with the logo on. I arrived and it was a lie. On the line I was attended by a girl told me that they had it for 17 ready and the girl when I was ready to pay told me that wont be ready until the 20. It seems that they still do not react that classes start on the 19th The manager and the cashier when i was leaving they made fun of me made faces with their faces. Very offensive. I want to report them
Terrible customer service, extremely slow, disinterested staff. Clearly prefer helping their family and friends over anyone else, even when they were in the middle of helping you. I didn't think it was possible, but they actually make Walmart cashiers appear efficient and motivated. Will NEVER shop here again.
Awful customer service! I purchased nearly $200 worth of scrubs. Before I left the store, I realized that instead of putting a pair of pants back that I didn’t want...they rang it up. HONEST MISTAKE!!! They wouldn’t refund me for the extra pair of pants. I was so upset. I spend a lot of money there. I will never return and am going to the Better Business Bureau. CALLING ALL NURSES AND NURSE PRACTITIONERS...Do not shop here!!!!!!! Prices are super expensive anyway. Better luck online!!!

Paul is amazing ! I found him on Facebook and Within 1 day he had my order( which were multiple items) done within an hour. He’s quick, easy going and so nice! Thank you for all you do Paul and for getting my order in ! I wouldn’t definitely recommend him and all uniform wear for my friends and family!
