customer service is horrible!!! I order 100 worth of uniforms for my kids MONTHS ago (and I'm local) only to have them tell me they dont know where it's at and wont refund the money. then told me it was being delivered and it's not.

I bought a pair of work shoes was told no refunds bur can exchange for 30 days nothing about no wearing on receipt or from them. I bought them back because they made my feet painfully sore and the balls of my feet and toes numb as well. I thoroughly washed them,no scuffs and wear as i only tried them out for 4 days. How else can you know if they'll be ok? The boss said you wore them so i can't resell them. Really how about a used section no because you couldn't charge so much and pad your rip off pockets. Shipping fee is ridiculous especially when they’re charging way more than the UPS rate!!
My daughter's pants are too long for her and they did not mention that I could go online and order the short model so they would fit her better and I didn't have to take them to the seamstress to get adjusted. I also called them more than 20 times and no one picks up the phone.
The customer service is atrocious! They lost my order 3 times. They are indifferent every time I call to check on my order. I have already contacted the school to fire them and go with ANYONE else to supply the school uniforms.
I am so frustrated with this store. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for my teacher shirts. I went in and ordered them. Also bought my kids uniforms now I spent over $400. Not cheap. My teacher shirts had to get embroidered so they shipped them. They get to my house and we’ll not only the wrong colors but the wrong size. They also sent the receipt. When my kids bottoms were there getting embroidered they forgot one of the skorts. Then when I went to pick up part of my order the 1 blouse wasn’t even embroidered all the way.... read more
