They do not advertise that there are NO REFUNDS. We were checking out and were surprised by the price, but when we said we will look for cheaper priced scrubs, the transaction already processed on the card. We found cheaper scrubs and NEVER LEFT THE STORE....needless to say, we DID NOT get a refund for the difference in price! We were instead offered store credit only. We didn't need store credit as his work was going to ordered company scrubs and he only needed temporary ones for the time being. We are not satisfied at all ... read more

Well the Pembroke Pines store is the worst, the Employees are not helpful at all. With this whole covid situation they fall to explain there policy on returns smh the worst place
Worst customer service!!! I ordered shorts that had a size medium online, I was called by a store manager that said the size listed online doesn’t exist and I couldn’t get my money back I had to choose another size. Not knowing any size they said a 20 which was huge on my son! Tried to exchange them and I was told I cannot exchange them. A complete waste of $75.00!! I would never suggest this store!!
