I ordered two pair of pants they will not respond to emails or send my pants. I'm getting my money back! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! RIP OFFS!!!!
Ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous.
The worse place ! they respect no one. Lots of people complaining that they delivered wrong. y the others only the next day. I Of the 4 pieces I bought It could only take 1. The others are the next day and when I told her I lived 1 hour away. She Valencia Lewis #10) says that it was not her problem.
Super slow service, waited in line for over 30 minutes. They should open up a register where they do the embroidery. I'm not blaming the clerks, they try to do their best, this is a management issue.
They have a terrible return policy. My husband's shorts were returned the same day we bought them and they only gave him store credit. We had no plans on shopping there again and now I have store credit to spend on a whole bunch of stuff I won't use.
Always out of the sizes we need ‘medium is a popular choice and always runs out first’. You might want to think about ordering more mediums. Just sayin’.
Went to get my daughter a uniform shirt for her school (which mind you is our only option. It’s the only place that has those shirts) and was told that they had everything packed up because they’re moving locations and no options to be able to get any shirts for her school. The lady was extremely rude. I understand that they’re moving, but they should’ve left some options for parents like me to be able to come in there and get uniforms for children.
