Ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous.
They have a terrible return policy. My husband's shorts were returned the same day we bought them and they only gave him store credit. We had no plans on shopping there again and now I have store credit to spend on a whole bunch of stuff I won't use.
Always out of the sizes we need ‘medium is a popular choice and always runs out first’. You might want to think about ordering more mediums. Just sayin’.
Went to get my daughter a uniform shirt for her school (which mind you is our only option. It’s the only place that has those shirts) and was told that they had everything packed up because they’re moving locations and no options to be able to get any shirts for her school. The lady was extremely rude. I understand that they’re moving, but they should’ve left some options for parents like me to be able to come in there and get uniforms for children.
customer service is horrible!!! I order 100 worth of uniforms for my kids MONTHS ago (and I'm local) only to have them tell me they dont know where it's at and wont refund the money. then told me it was being delivered and it's not.

I bought a pair of work shoes was told no refunds bur can exchange for 30 days nothing about no wearing on receipt or from them. I bought them back because they made my feet painfully sore and the balls of my feet and toes numb as well. I thoroughly washed them,no scuffs and wear as i only tried them out for 4 days. How else can you know if they'll be ok? The boss said you wore them so i can't resell them. Really how about a used section no because you couldn't charge so much and pad your rip off pockets.
