Well the Pembroke Pines store is the worst, the Employees are not helpful at all. With this whole covid situation they fall to explain there policy on returns smh the worst place
Worst customer service!!! I ordered shorts that had a size medium online, I was called by a store manager that said the size listed online doesn’t exist and I couldn’t get my money back I had to choose another size. Not knowing any size they said a 20 which was huge on my son! Tried to exchange them and I was told I cannot exchange them. A complete waste of $75.00!! I would never suggest this store!!
They are horrible PERIOD!!!

AWFUL experience!!! Ordered school uniforms that were mandatory to buy through them months ago. When the uniforms were ordered the receipt said it would take 7-10 business days. I have called every week and was told they would be ready by the end of the week and they would call me. That was 2 months ago. Finally I called the week before school started and they said they would be ready by Wednesday. Problem is they wouldn’t get there in the mail in time but I had the option to pick them up. Unfortunately I have been waiting on my order since July 16. I called last week to inquire about it & they informed me it would be available at my sons school. Went to pick it up & it was not there. I was told they would ship it to me. I called again about a week later & now I am being told it will ship tomorrow. I understand times are crazy right now but I have never been been given a reason or a response as to why my order never shipped in “7-10” business days.
This is literally the worst uniform store I have ever been to! They are so incompetent even the freaking manager!!! I have had 3 terrible experiences here, if it was up to me I’d NEVER EVER return!!! Worst place ever! I wish I could give them a rotten tomato instead of 1 star they don’t even deserve a star at all!

I orders shirts online for my husband. After a month the order was finally shipped. This shipment is now marked as delivered but not to my address. No UPS packages were dropped off on the day they say it was delivered, based on the camera at my front door. Their customer service is ridiculous.
