This store has been ripping me off for a long time. They assume that because I am a woman and a student, that I am dumb and will blindly agree to any repair they say is "crucial". On my last visit, they told me that if I did not shell out seven hundred dollars for a new controller arm, that my wheels would fall of at any given moment. A second opinion revealed that the parts were totally fine, and even if they were bad, it would be two hundred dollars less than All Tune's estimate.
