The team here is always quick to meet you at the door. They do an awesome job of listening and getting issues cared for! We use them for all of our vehicles and don't plan to change that! Great job guys!

Shout out to Russ and Kevin. Fantastic customer service. I had a small issue with my brakes that were installed and they totally took care of the issue completely. If you’re looking for a place to take your cars in the cedar Rapids area look no further than here.
I had a mini-emergency with a car full of kids and Kevin at the front desk was empathetic, kind and caring. As an out of towner, not really knowing where I should take my vehicle I never once felt like I was getting nickel and dimed or had anything to worry about whether the price was fair or not. They got my car fixed up and in and out of the shop in just a few hours. I would recommend the shop to anyone!!!
so far great service. they give you diagnostic on both paper or email. which is helpful. they dont beat around the Bush and tell you how it is. things that could be left as is for a bit. so you can be assured in case you dont have the money to fix the issues
Able to quickly get me added to the schedule. They have a great waiting area with wifi, comfy seating, beverages and snacks, tv, and toys for the kids. my son loves the putting ball return.
