My wife and I rented a property through Vicki Han in Acworth, GA from March 25 - March 26. She was wonderful to work with and was always very quickly responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Very communicative and able to resolve issues as well. Anytime that we needed her to go above and beyond, she was willing to do so within reason. Thank you Vicki for your kindness and consideration! Would recommend anyone to work with her in the future.

We work specifically with Vicki Han, and her knowledge in the industry and neighborhood is unmatched. Vicki is quick to respond, no matter how we try to communicate with her. It is clear how much expertise she has in the field as well as the connections she has (i.e. plumbing, electrician, tree removal service, etc.). We are renters and she is fair with what she expects from us, yet values how faithful we have been as tenants. We appreciate her kindness and highly recommend her.

There’s a reason this company has so many negative reviews. It was extremely difficult to get in contact with them from the start. The phone number listed on the property posting was never answered, so I had to search Google for another number — which also went unanswered. Their voicemail instructed me to text, which I did, and that’s the only way I was able to schedule a site visit. On the same day, I asked about the application process, but never received a response.
