Horrible service, they came to cut down my neighbors tree and had my power cut off with out my prior knowledge. When I came home for the day my entire yard was full of debris ruining my lawn. The best part is my power was not restored, they left with out calling Ameren to come back and reconnect me. I spent over an hour calling to finally get my power reconnected at 8:30pm. Horrible Ethics – This company is of low morale character and integrity. I contracted them to do a job...they subbed out the stump grinding without disclosing to me and then lied about and complained about the sub not showing up. Would not return my calls to manage the late work.....nightmare. When I finally got the sub on the job.....everything went great and I found out charges half the price I was charged by Alltree. I will never use Alltree again. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPETITIVE PRICING! – Dave, the manager, came out to give me my free estimate and he was wonderful. I had a lot of questions and he returned all my calls promptly. He said all the right things to make me feel better about my tree problems. The crew did everything Dave had said they would do and under almost impossible circumstances, and in remarkable time. This company came to my house in a time of emergency got a tree off my roof and they did it in a timely manor they were very professional and they did what needed to be done including putting me into contact with a roofer who could fix my roof i would recommend this company to anyone

Poor customer service – We were very pleased with the service until we got another bill of $30, 2 days later they said we owed. They had given us a 10% discount on the bill which they decided was a mistake by their service rep. When I paid the bill, the rep even wrote paid in full on the estimate. The man on the phone was very rude even though he admitted their mistake. I would never use them again or refer them to anyone. All because of their $30 mistake they have lost out on referrals.
