I could not be more pleased with the professional and responsive replacement of my roof and gutters. All Things New handled everything for me, it could not have been easier. They made sure my insurance covered everything. The work was outstanding. They even painted the roof vents to match the shingles color. The cleanup was immaculate and all the workers were professional and polite. I strongly recommend All Things New and have recommended them to my neighbors.

I was in a bad situation with a shady company (which I canceled). I called All Things New Roofing & Restoration and *** came to my home walked the roofs and started the job for me. I can't even express how impressed I was. He was so knowledgeable and professional I felt at ease immediately. He took care of everything (as he said he would). This company just replaced *******, damaged from the windstorm last December. I was extremely pleased with the work they did. *** met with me and the insurance advisor to make sure nothing was overlooked and everything was brought up to code. It is obvious that *** sets high standards. As each phase was completed he was there to make sure things were done properly. All Things New Roofing made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. We had some significant wind storm damage in December, and *** and his crew were able to take care of the house roof, our barn roof, siding on the house, gutters, downspouts, porch railing, our fence and they even hauled away the astonishing amount of tree branches that had come down. We had hail damage to our roof. They came to our home within 24 hours to access the damage. They contacted our insurance company and they explained all the work that was to be done. After we gave them the go ahead and signed the contract work began within a week. The roof was completed within a day! Several minor items (screens, etc) took a bit longer due to other contractors work force shortages and supply chain issues. We were kept well informed as to all aspects of the job. All Things New Roofing came to my rescue when I had a leak after a big rain. I tried contacting the company that originally put on the roofing but they wouldn’t return my calls. I called All Things New after seeing their excellent BBB rating. The owners were very compassionate about my plight. Don came out the very next day; crawled on my roof and made repairs. Don and his staff were extremely professional and kind! I will do business with them in the future.
