Supposedly shipped my order twice because I didnt receive the first but I never received the second either! They said to use track678 to track my order. Track 678 is another scam. When I contacted ATBF they treated me like I was lying. Awful experience!! **** never recommend this supposedly ******************
Never received product. They call themselves Christians AND veteran owned and operated. They are an embarrassment to both. I am forced to dispute card charges because of not receiving product. Ordered on July 2 Would score a 0, but thats not an option.
Ordered 2 shirts in July 2023 and still have received them. All I get is a run around when I send them messages. And get they were having problems or working hard on the order. My daughter had a house fire and I wanted some to boost her morale. By the time they arrive it'll be a Christmas gift, that is if they arrive.
I ordered 3 t shirts for a Birthday 5/5/2023 and it is now 8/22/2023 and I have still not received my order and at this point I dont want it. Despite numerous emails to the company requesting a refund I get the same response-they are working on getting the order to me. HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING customer service. Would give Zero Stars! So upsetting!
This company is a total scam. Very sad that they represent themselves as Christians. Ordered two months ago. Website says order should be filled in 2 weeks and one week to ship. They dont answer phone and only send out generic automated emails in response to inquiries about my order. Refuse to give refund but took my money right away. Currently disputing charges with my credit card.
I placed an order for a tshirt on June 14th and have yet to receive it, missing my grandsons baptism. Extremely disappointed. No return phone calls. Just an automated email always stating the same thing - production team is backed up. Do not order from this ***********************
Ordered a necklace for mother's day. Contacted company numerous times about my order. They said they had an issue with fulfillment to please be patient. I think I have been more than patient given that it is now August. Hence, I asked for a full refund considering I've never received the merchandise. They stated that they do not give refunds, which, had I received the merchandise would still be upset about. I ordered a shirt from this company on June 19, 2023 and have emailed them several times (at least 3 times). I always get a response but it basically says the same thing: they are trying to catch up on orders, they are behind, they will let me know when the shirt has shipped. Nothing ever changes.
