This company is such a scam. Ordered jewelry in June and havent received it. This company is a disgrace to Christianity. Refused to refund. Beware of a wolf in sheeps clothing.
I placed an order on July 3rd for a shirt. I sent several emails and all responses were they were running behind on orders. I emailed today for a refund but they said they dont refund money. I asked them what they suggested I do and I have not heard back from them.
If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I placed an order on April 27th for my mother and still haven't received the items and it's almost October. I have emailed this company several times and never get a response except one time that said the items I ordered were out of stock and that it was taking them longer to ship them. I then have asked for a refund 3 times and still don't get any response nor have I got my money back. Do not order. They cant deliver in a timely manner of less than one month yet wont give you a refund. BBB rating is an F.Ive learned a ****** to look at reviews before ordering. They leave you in a corner of NO REFUNDS.even when THEY cant deliver. True Christians show through their ACTIONS and not just words. All Things By Faith disappoints.
I would give a 0 but its not an option on here. Its a SCAM! I ordered 2 shirts in May 2023 and after several emails with no merchandise , Im sure Ill never receive them. Its taught me a ****** to look closer at refund policies and reviews before ordering from anyone! Unbelievable that they claim to be ********* and Veteran owned! Such a shame. I ORDERED 3 T-SHIRTS FROM "ALL THINGS BY FAITH" IN APRIL! I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY SHIRTS UNTIL JULY! I NEEDED TO RETURN THEM FOR A SMALLER SIZE. I CALLED 2X AND LEFT MESSAGES, E-MAILED THEM, AND NO RESPONSE! EVERY TIME I CALL THEY SAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU! THEY CLAIM TO BE CHRISTIANS AND VETERAN OWNED. IF I COULD RATE A O, I WOULD! I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE NOR BBB ACCREDITED!
Should have done some research before ordering from this company! Never received the product I ordered, and they would not refund my money! Very disappointed in this company that called themselves a ****************** Will never order from them again! I am disputing the charge with my bank now, and if I could rate this company a zero I would!
