This business which touts itself as a ********* and Veteran owned business has absolutely no notification on its website that it will not refund you if there is any problem with the product and even if they NEVER send you the product!! The excuse is that they "hand" order the order and cannot refund or cancel. They have certainly used a lot of creativity and design on their website but don't be led astray.

I placed an order in March 2022. Received part of my order but it took more than 4 months and nothing else has shipped since. I have emailed them more times than I care to admit and called several times. You cannot leave a voice message and when they respond (if they do) to your emails it is the same response; sorry for the delay and working on it to get it shipped in a timely fashion. Placed order back on 8/18 and emailed them at least 6x since then and now over 4 months and nothing shipped. They continuously say the same thing - sorry for the delay and working on it. Even received email in quality control in September. Same as all the other reviews. They also say no cancellations or refunds. This is beyond ridiculous and dont know how they are still in business. Ordered several items in early spring, contacted them by email and was told they were working on my order and would ship soon. Never received . Emailed and called several times asking for refund never received and they never returned a message. Thieves!

Ordered a t-shirt in spring of 2023. They replied twice that their shipping team was working on my order. My last two emails asking for a refund have received no reply. Complete rip off. Nothing ********* about this place.

I have ordered from these people in the past with no problems. This is why I had no fear about placing another order this summer. I believe it was July, or even June. They immediately took the money, and sent an email saying that the order went to quality for review. I have sent several emails, including a request for a refund with a time limit. All they sent was another apology, and a promise that they stopped advertising so they could concentrate on getting the orders fulfilled. I no longer have faith in this company, who ... read more

There is nothing "Faith"ful in this company. I have ordered in the past & have had to send emails to get **************** go by & then finally I get my product. But his last one is the worst...I ordered on April 19, 2023 & have sent multiple emails asking where my product is & if they can't fill the order then please refund me $136.85 & they refuse to do either. They say they are working hard to fill orders but yet on their website they continue to run specials on items... stop advertising for more orders so you can get more... read more
