Just wanna say that Jennifer is an amazing person, she was kind, helpful and transparent. She answered all my questions, and made sure I had all important information about my unit before I left. She waited with me while I downloaded the app and instructed me on how to open the access point quickly and easily. The property is well kept and clean. Thank you Jennifer! Highly recommended :)
Literally just signed up and already regretting it. Was charged 20.00 for a lock and was advise to have our lock looked at for reimbursement, the current lock was already approved by another public storage with their approval sticker. I was with this facility when it was All Storage- before Public Storage took over- I truly despise Public Storage as a Company- The staff a is awesome at the GP location - the DM for location 425 E Pioneer Parkway- 75051 is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, rudest person I have had the misfortune to speak with - just a true evil person!
