Awesome Job by Scott Johnson and Jason Urias. They came in and did my stairs and the rooms I needed. They removed stains I didn't think would come out. Scott's knowledge of carpet fabrics and the products he uses to remove stains was as impressive as their work ethic. They worked up a sweat and they didn't waste anytime. They were in and out in a hurry and I conducted a thorough inspection and I was so happy with the results. Sorry, guys. But the cleaning job you did was terrible. Johnny, not sure if you are aware, but your guys cranked our AC in our VACANT house down to 62 and opened a window (left it open too)! They never locked up the house after they left as you assured me they would. The carpet didn't even look like they did anything. You seemed like a nice guy, but VERY disappointed in the service we received.
Not even worthy of the 1 star. If I could, I wouldn't even give you 1 point on the star. Poor customer service, a terrible job cleaning my carpet. It looked better before you touched it. And when you promised you would fix it, you didn't have the decency to show up or even call to reschedule. You can never get back your word of honor!
After 9 years in our house, we had the tile and grout professionally cleaned and it looks new again. I can't tell which part was under a rug and which wasn't. All Star Steam Cleaning is that good. The service guys were super nice and professional.
