All Star Refrigeration is a terrible company! ***** company came out to my property because First American Home Warranty scheduled them and they came out on July 18, 2022. The person who came out was nice enough and my A/C was not working and apparently it looked like he was doing some tests and then he finally said I am not wasting my time your air conditioner is dead. I would like to extend my apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced. When you sign up with a warranty company, they hire subcontractors. The subcontractors are under the mercy of the warranty company as to when they can get the unit. In regards to your unit, we gave a report to First American and we were waiting for a response. Please understand that we are the middleman and there is so much we can do.

The main problem was that your company did not submit your report right away because someone from your company came on July 18, 2022 and nothing was done again from the 3rd company they sent which was your company. I am done with warranty companies they don't do what they should do, they try their best to give you the run around so you then just give up.
*** was the only one out of my warranty company that was able to come out as soon as he did. Our AC went out Friday night, Saturday morning we did a service call and he said he was able to come out same day after 6. He had to reschedule because of the rain on the east side (assuming he lives there?) and come out on Sunday. The one thing I'm disappointed about was that he didn't call me to notify me that he wasn't coming on Saturday which caused my husband to miss a sentimental event. I would not recommend this company at all. The home warranty sent this company out to repair my AC at my rental property. He put in the wrong incompatible equipment, never returned calls, and never showed up for scheduled appointments. As a result, my tenant could not reside in the premises and I have lost out on 2 months rent This past week, he finally admitted to my tenant that he had no idea as to how to fix the problem. Mr ***** To respond to your comments about your we went there three times wait for your tenant missed the appointment your warranty order parts for us they what ever after market part they gives and it was comparable to your ac unit If you care so much about you tenent don’t wait for your warranty company to fix you tenent ac you know how crazy it gets in summer time in Phoenix. You have 20 years old unit. I think you should replace it and don’t wait for warranty company to replace it for you.
*** is a horrible person with disgusting business practices. Monday night 6/14 my ** went out (In the ************ with it being about ~120 all week.) We were assigned ALL Star Refrigeration by *** Republic.Tuesday 6/15 we were formally assigned. Never were contacted by ********. I called at 5:02PM and left a message to confirm the status.
