My dad was more of a car salesman than the actual salesman. He didn’t say much about any car. My car didn’t come with floor mats or a manual. I like my overall car, but the service here is not great.

I was given a wrong diagnostic. The service manager Scott hung up in my face when I confronted him about his staff’s mistake he was rude from the beginning of the convo to the end. He offered no resolution. The GM John avoided me, I left several messages and talked to him once and he never called back. I had to physically contact corporate for a refund and was still not offered an apology. I provided them with two other diagnostics, a receipt, and a written statement from a certified mechanic. Jeremy is a very helpful sales person and was not a hard seller. He made it happen very quickly. I'm happy with the service.
I have used them for oil changes, balance tire and alignment and brake job, it has always been a good experience. Mary Bonaventure has always been nice and friendly! So when I decided to buy a new car, I went to them. Tara and Ken were very nice to me! But today.... It must have been “pass the buck day” at Allstar Nissan at Juban.....I have a few issues with my new car....explained the issues with four different people.
