Service desk personnel rude. Extremely rude to ignore customer standing right in front of you. If you want to diagnose problems on the phone, and discuss hypothetical costs of every service, you will lose customers who actually came to have service done. One worker, who was not busy, actually told me I would have to wait until the other got off the phone to get my paperwork. After being ignored for quite a while, I asked the first worker to please get my paperwork. Surprise, it took him two minutes.

Super Dealership - Great Experience I had a wonderful experience with All Star Hyundai of Baton Rouge. Frannie C. was so personable and worked so hard to get the car that I had picked out online ready for me. Robert J. worked the financing out for me and got my note right where I needed it. Patrick made sure I got several extras plus a full tank of gas on my way out. I will get a free oil change and another tank of gas when I put 5,000 miles on it.
