All Star Super Service Excellent service. I dropped my Velostar off the evening before for service. The repairs were completed before 9am. When I stopped by to pick up my car it was explained I needed tires rotated but there was a coupon that had been applied to my vehicle. Wow! That's above and beyond customer service. The service personal are exceptional as always. The check out was quick and my car mats had been cleaned. They removed the sheet rock dust that had gotten on them from cleaning out a friends house. Good Experience While the service experience at All Star Hyundai has steadily declined over the four years I have had my Azera serviced there, I did have an excellent experience on my recent visit. Brad, the service rep, was courteous and very helpful with issues regarding my online services and my routine service was completed promptly. I'll keep going back to All Star.

All Star Hyundai My experience with the sales person( Mr. Rodney Hebert) was great. He took me to test drive as many Santa Fes as I wanted too until I felt comfortable. He was awesome! However the finance person ( Mr. Robert Jackson) was very rude and he kept pushing papers in my face to sign. One of the major problems is that he did not explain anything to me . (ex: my percent rate and payments ect.) and I got up to see about my friend because she was upset about the different fees I would have to pay . He was VERY RUDE!!! ... read more

3 Hot weeks!! My air was out 3 weeks. My service advisor was the absolute best. She kept me informed at all times with what was going on during the service. It's blowing nice clean cool air. It was even cleaned inside and out once I picked it up. I was impressed!
