Out A/C failed late Saturday 6/24/17 afternoon and I called several companies for emergency repair. All Star was the only company to return my call. Our A/C was repaired and cooling on Sunday afternoon. Austin repaired the unit quickly and in the heavy rain. Luckily it was the startup capacitor. I was so pleased with the service we received from All Star that I also bought a two-year service contract for our unit. Thank All Star we are cool now.
Professional and reliable! Extremely fair prices and they dont try to "SELL" you stuff. They lay the options out on the table and there is 0 pressure. I couldn't be happier with their work. Its also nice to be able to support a locally owned business! Highly recommend them!!!
Technician called and said would be out by 5 pm, I did not hear from them and made a follow up call, technician stated that they were coming but would be a bit. They showed up at 830pm, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I was impressed that they even came out that late instead of rescheduling also that they had the part with them. When leaving we asked if they were going home and he stated that they had one more call to do. He also let me use the coupon they have on their Web site
