Friendly & Professional I recently purchased a new garage door opener from All Star Doors. They were very prompt, accommodating, polite and professional. After shopping around I found that they offered upgraded models at a better price than other companies actually charge for inferior ones. I will recommend All Star Doors to my friends and family, and will be a future customer for my door needs.

Horrible Customer Service. I had the spring on my garage door replace by this company 2 year ago. They told me that I had to replace both springs to get the warranty. I concieded and purchased both springs even though only one was broken. This week one of the new springs broke and so I called them up and they proceed to inform me that the "lifetime / 10-year" warranty I was told about when they sold be the spring was really only a 1 year warranty. really bad PR All Star Garage Doors has hired a towing company to boot or tow cars that park in their lot that are using other businesses. I was in their lot for less than 5 minutes and was booted! The lot was virtually empty! It cost me $65.00 to get it off! Whatever customers they were saving the spaces are obviously not using this business. And the amount lost in this act are more than are lost due to lack of parking spaces! I, for one, will never use All Star Garage Doors and neither should you!

Fair service When my garage door stopped working on a Friday afternoon and I needed someone to fix it before the weekend, they were available to provide the free estimates. The technician came fair quickly and was able to give me a diagnostic and a quote for the service. A bit to the expensive side, but I needed the service done right away, so I agreed. The service was fair and he got it done very quickly.
