Pretty much, didn't inform me that they would almost drown my 3 year old. They said it was safer to strap her down, but then to yell" breathe through your nose," while the child is panicking, this is abuse. Just kept squirting water in her mouth. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Besides really nice receptions it was nothing nice here . Doctor and his help should not really work with small children. I am surprised they choose this type of dentistry if they don't have any empathy.
