RecommendedThey are, and always have been, fabulous with me and my kids. My two special needs kids are high anxiety and usually difficult to deal with. The staff here take their time, take calmly with them and assure them enough that they look forward to coming back. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the staff at AllStar!!

I am totally & utterly disgusted & extremely DISAPPOINTED with how I was treated by the staff @All Star Dental ( Roosevelt). Upon entering the office I explained to the two ladies at the front desk that my wallet had been stolen, losing my ID in the process. I thoroughly explained and attempted to show the two ladies I had every other piece of identification. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. But the front desk was just following guidelines that insurance companies give us. We MUST have a photo ID on file in order for us to see the patient. I understand your frustration but despite what’s going on in the world we still have to follow these guidelines. If for some reason the insurance companies asked for a copy for your records we could risk losing our contract with them. Management
