I was a patient of this business for years. Usually have good experiences at the Blue Island location. Today Im totally disgusted! I learned that Dr Demetry and Dr Liam are the owners. Under them are two managers, James and Maria S. There’s no corporate office or anyone to regulate the managers’ behavior and lack of professionalism! Maria S. is a horrible manager. I am totally & utterly disgusted & extremely DISAPPOINTED with how I was treated by the staff @All Star Dental ( Roosevelt). Upon entering the office I explained to the two ladies at the front desk that my wallet had been stolen, losing my ID in the process. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. But the front desk was just following guidelines that insurance companies give us. We MUST have a photo ID on file in order for us to see the patient. I understand your frustration but despite what’s going on in the world we still have to follow these guidelines. If for some reason the insurance companies asked for a copy for your records we could risk losing our contract with them. Management
