All Star Chevrolet in Olive Branch is the best place to buy vehicles! We consider Drew, Doug and Ashley good friends of ours. They’ve always treated us so good. You’ll find great deals here. We buy all of our vehicles from Drew and really appreciate y’all always going out of your way for us.
Sales department is good. Had no issues there. Service department is terrible. Lied about 2 different items needing to be replaced until it was brought up I have an extended warranty. Then magically they made a mistake and realized they didn't need replaced. But I did get charged almost 50 in labor to hook a hose back to a reservoir. That reservoir needed replaced until I told them about the warranty. They're a joke. Will never touch a vehicle of mine again.
To replace a tire and get a rotation took 3 hours, after they stated it would take a "hour tops". Stated it would cost me 140.00 and was billed 280.00, never going back to service dept.
We bought a Suburban on Saturday from Barry and loved every second there! He was so nice and made the process quick and easy! All the employees we dealt with while we were there were awesome! Thanks for making our experience enjoyable!
