Over the past three years the service department has consistently let me down... My very first visit to have accessories put on my Silverado took 4 and 1/2 hours... They felt bad about overlooking me & gave me three free oil changes... I now own a second Chevy and they wanted to charge me for a Special Coverage Adjustment (#14311) for my negative battery cable...
