Showed up on time (early) was quick and professional. Nice guys.
They were quick to get an appointment and came to the house right on time, they kept in touch with me to let me know they were just minutes away when scheduled. Pleasant and friendly. Would absolutely hire them again!
Prompt and professional. The price for a small sectional to be deep cleaned (extra $15) was reasonable, all stains were removed from microfiber material. Don knows the value of return customers.
They called immediately upon my request for rug cleaning service, and were very efficient. Good job!
They came in and checked out the job to give me an price. Do not like people that low ball just to get in the door. Did a great job. We have 2 dogs that were sick and made a mess of the carpet. One dog was adopted and had been allowed to go in the house in her previous life, you can imagine what the carpets looked like. For the work they did the price was good! They will be the first I call if I don’t get tile all the way through😊 VERY HAPPY!
I hired All Star Chem-Dry for my tile work. Throughout the process they were professional and were nice to have a conversation with. I felt the price was very decent with all the tile they have to clean. They do clean per square foot which is the industry standard. I like that as I only wanted them to tile my common areas. Plus I didn't have to move my big furniture which wouldn't need the cleaning anyway since they were sitting there when my house got built.
They called promptly after I submitted my project request and were able to come to my house within 2 days. They were very polite and professional in all phone conversations. Seemed like they were priced a little high but offered a small discount that I wasn't originally expecting.
