Responded quickly to request for appointment. Phoned ahead to arrive an hour early. Very courteous and worked quickly but did charge extra for spot pre-cleaning. When carpet dried there were some streaky places but overall a good job.
They were kind and courteous as I was unwell they took care of moving everything off the floors. Thank you All Star Clem Dry.
I asked them to work on another project in May.
They called to arrive 15 minutes early. Arrived as scheduled. Very professional.
The owner answered the phone while on the job and quickly scheduled a time to come to my house in a few business days!

The two gentlemen with Chem Dry (Don and Steve) have a Great communication connection with the customer. When setting up the appt. I wanted a possible morning opening but they were booked so I took the afternoon slot. However a morning slot became available unexpectedly and they called me right away and it was moved to the morning.
