I called this company to try to remove cat urine odor from a love seat and rug hoping I would have to trash them and when I called they were able to come within a day of me calling! Were very friendly and professional and the best part is my sofa love seat and rug were beautifully cleaned and there is absolutely no urine smell. They will not try to sell you something you don t need either. I would use them or recommend them to anyone.
I have used them twice and have been very happy with tbe quality and service.
