I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot and couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. The sales process was smooth thanks to Eddie, who had me test drive this model alongside one other vehicle to help me find the best fit for my needs. I’m particularly impressed with the 3,000-mile/3-month powertrain warranty included with the vehicle — solid coverage for peace of mind. My other vehicle will need replacing soon, and Eddie is definitely my first call when that time comes.
Eddie was awesome from the start of looking for a car for my teenage son… to handing us the keys to his new Kia Forte!! All of my questions were answered with professionalism, kindness, and knowledge! All Star Auto Group had a very nice selection of cars to choose from, and we couldn’t be happier! In looking for cars at other dealerships… I dealt with many pushy salesmen, and Eddie was the total opposite of that! He listened to what we were looking for and was patient and kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)
Had a lot of nice cars on the lot, very helpful staff. Eddie helped me through the whole process. Had a few hurdles to get over to secure financing, but they helped to get me to the place I needed to be. No pushing, no overblown salesman talk, just helpful people. Highly recommend.
