Never got my uniform order. Was told twice by KR it shipped and nothing. No one returns calls or knows where my order is. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My son has no uniform and we have a tournament next week. This is why our organization cut ties with Rockwall cause they’ve had issues getting apparel to customers.

Called, emailed and met with them several times to set up spirit wear for our club. Kenzie said she would get me the info after not getting what I needed I went to KR and he continued to drop the ball. I have still never heard back from them.
If you need anything baseball related, this is a place to go family run and nothing but quality and honesty. We drive from Dallas to go here just for the customer service and the kindness
I have never seen a store go out of their way to take care of the customer more than Rockwall Sports Center. This place has become my "go to" shop for all things baseball. They've answered all my questions, put up with my indecisiveness, and always done so with a smile. They have my business for as long as their doors are open!!!
