Last week, I noticed my bearded dragon looked unwell. I took him to a different vet who recommended surgery with discharge the next day. They gave me instructions on care and scheduled a follow-up. When I realized my pet was gravely ill 5 days after surgery, they couldn't see him for 2 more days. I called All Species who told me to come in right away. Horrible place and a fraud. He will misdiagnose your pet and overcharge you. Just look at the YELP reviews on this place and you will know to stay away!!
My Dog Duke hasn't been the same since he got a botched neuter surgery here. 3 weeks later he can barely walk and last night I found blood in his urine... Thanks Dr INNOCENT and your staff for taking my baby's joy and happiness from him. And now I have to put my dog to rest...
Thank you Dr. Innocent and the staff! There was a wild turkey that got attacked by a dog. I brought the turkey in and it was costly due to her injury. However, Dr. Innocent worked out a cost for me to help the turkey. Now, That turkey is in the hospital. Can't wait to see her! ❤️
My 5 year old cat Pure has been seeing Dr. Innocent and the staff at All Species Animal Hospital since she was found in my yard as a 5 week old kitten. I went on line to find the number today because I believed Pure might have blood in her urine. I came across these bad reviews and started to rethink calling. I was so anxious for my baby I called at 8:00pm and was instantly calmed down by Hazel and she told me to come on in and Dr. Innocent would meet me there. Dr. Innocent and his staff are the most caring,wonderful people I have ever had care for our pets. Our big Rhodesian ridgeback was attacked by large off-the-leash dogs and Dr. I. Saved her life and has cared for our dogs ever since. He is reasonably priced and the care is beyond outstanding!!!
Stay away from this place. They will over charge you and take advantage of your emotional state. I took my cat last night, they charged me over$600, $53 of it an overcharge they refuse to fix and my cat is still in critical condition with another Vet who is actually caring for her. The front desk staff is rude and dismissive, hanging up instead of making things right. Researching prices of the services they provide, they charge 40% higher than other emergency vets in the area.
