I took my dog there because he did not have his bordatella shot (I had read that it was not really necessary). Petsmart referred me to them since they could not board my dog for that reason. I called before I went there to make sure they had openings. I was asked how much my dog weighed, then told it would be $35 dollars! When I got there I was told My dog would need to have a exam, heartworm test, bordatella shot in order for them to board him. RecommendedI've visited more than my fair share of emergency vets (my dogs medical bills when added up total more than the cost of my newest car) so thousands of dollars later I find this wonderful clinic. they totally kept costs down and even gave me a large credit b/c my friend referred me. They were quick to get us back and really kind and caring. The Dr. is not only kind and caring but funny and smart as well. Best emergency vet ever. I hope you never need one but if you do, choose this one!
Unless you are rich, DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! My Moms cat was hit by a car , and badly injured. In my distress, I took him here because it was very close to her house. Surgery was quoted at close to $4000. Not an option, she is on a very fixed income. And no guarantee he would be ok. The best option was to have him put to sleep. They charged $448 ! I am so disappointing at the (no) services these people provide. Not sure how these people get 5 stars and stay in business. Do your research people, changing the name is a real big indicator of problems they have had in the past. Do your yelp and google reviews and you will find out!!! petfirst, what a joke. I took my baby to bluepearl and got caring, support and help for my Rocky and was not left on a table to die and not given a preview bill of over $700 for test that are unnecessary for an emergency visit.

What an awesome staff Dr Gary James & Allison they are the best I am so happy we took our dog 🐶 there I am beyond satisfied they care & compassion they shown us was unbelievable they saved my dogs life and we are clients for life
Dr. Innocent is a great vet and a wonderful human being.
Dr. Innocent is the best vet, and I cannot stress that enough. We've been using him for over a year, for non-emergency and emergency visits. He cares about his patients' animals as if they're his own. Dr. Innocent and his staff have gone above and beyond and are always available. I am so glad we chose this vet office, even though it's a bit of a drive. I recommend him to everyone!!
