Great local gym. It's always quiet whenever I go. The membership is flexible and the staff are friendly!
Great gym, great atmosphere and great staff. Would recommend if your a local looking to train!
Just started training here as part of Fitness Passport membership. Awesome gym for resistance training and great warehouse style feel to the weights room. Was quiet on a Friday morning between 7am - 8am so no waiting around for any equipment. looking forward to getting involved in the cycling and group training classes soon.
Pleasant place to workout, clean, friendly staff, not too overcrowded
