I had a very good experience. The front desk was helpful and quick. My appointment was at 10:00 am and I was sitting in the dentist chair by 10:01. The billing was also explained prior to any treatment which I appreciated. All my questions were answered and the assistant made sure I understood and was comfortable with the procedure. I wish more places operated like this.
Update: Today was one of the best dental appointments I’ve ever had. Jericha and dr. Andrea were phenomenal. I felt cared for and I love that they took the time to look over my history and ask me questions. I’ll request them ever time!!! Thanks for being awesome I hate going to the dentist due to anxiety and previous bad experiences. The staff here always make me feel welcome and calm. 2023 : I had deep cleaning today. It was a great experience with Dr Emily, thank you so much. Oct 2025: Had a great experience with Dr. Kamal for my dental cleaning. She was kind, friendly, and incredibly gentle throughout the process. Her caring approach made the visit comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend!
My dental hygienist Kamal was very personable and kind. She was very gentle while cleaning my teeth which I appreciated, it did not feel rushed. I no longer dread going to the dentist :)
