Jie Liu, also go by Jill, it's the worst realtor I've ever worked with. I had some questions regarding details of my leasing contract so reached out to her, she only responded to one of them briefly. When I tried to follow up, she became super impatient and said: “isn’t it all in the contract already?”” then blocked my contact!! I have no clue why she did this because I was literally just asking some rental related questions. She is so unprofessional and rude!

They do not answer phones and so I went to the office. The lady sitting at the door was very nice and said she would have her call me. When Cen Chen called I told her I had a couple questions before applying. One question was I had a bankruptcy in 2020 due to Covid and would that be an issue she said No, I don’t think so and she would send me an application to fill out. I fill out everything submit income and paperwork only to be told at 129AM by text that they were not going to move forward due to the bankruptcy. I looked o... read more

My husband and I were interested in a property and had a message back from Zhen Zhang shortly after we submitted for more information. The process was smooth and easy and she had everything complete for us and ready to sign the lease within two days. There were a few bumps in the process but she made sure to answer the phone every time we called to clear up any confusion on our end. Thank you, Zhen, it has been a pleasure working with you.
