This company is amazing! Didn’t take long to wipe out the ants in the yard. We just had a service call for carpenter ants in the house. Joe came out and got on the roof to trim palm trees that he thought could be letting the ants in. Even offered to clean up afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

I’ve been living in Southwest Florida for almost 8 years now and this company is absolutely the best hands down! There is no one else who I would recommend to my friends then this company!!!!
I call office and the lady is RUDE. I ask why they didn’t put a trap on roof to catch what was getting in. She said they did ! What a liar! When the guy was here he even walked me through exactly where he was putting everything. The service manager is rude and I will never go through this company again. She said they’ll send a guy out to check it again... doubt it last time after I called when they caught something and said they picked it up. Promenades plaza in Port Charlotte We hired All service pest management to service our tenant (Port Charlotte police station),we had a bat issue they came in and they evicted the bats in a humane manner, wich was very important for promenades plaza and the sheriff,they also recommended to install bat boxes thru out the palza wich they did,prices are more then fare,will diffently use them again for any pest control issues we have at promenades plaza thank you for your great service

Between my Dad and me had them for 20 years. Service was reliable. Ended it today when they showed up without calling when they said they would. Called the office to reschedule. They insisted they called and spoke to me Ann was very rude insisting that the “schedule” book was right and basically called me a liar. Didn’t care when I said I hated to get another company after 20 years.
I have been with this company for about 18 yrs now. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I have never had any problems with them. If I have a problem in between my regular maintenance they come back and take care of it, then see you again at your regular appointment ( and at no extra cost).
