RecommendedThe BEST place to store your belongings! I had a storage unit a couple of years ago and then recently I needed one again. There is a new owner and she is wonderful. Fran is very polite and helpful. You don'd find that kind of customer service too much now days. Thank you Fran!
Never returned phone calls or emails when exiting the property regarding the deposit.
My mom gave 10 days warning of when she was leaving, dropped off the key during hours Fran was supposed to be available but was not, has left numerous calls and emails on Fran's phone regarding my mom's $20 deposit that she had yet to get because Fran has not returned any calls or responded to any emails. The only response my mother got was Fran telling her that she always answers her phone and that she will be able to pick it up tomorrow, after my mom left a bad rating. 1.)
