Sales dept. is great. Bought a new trailer in 2015, went back for an upgrade this year. Service department is poor. I've had a few problems with the new trailer. They've taken care of the emergencies promptly, but the follow-up and especially communication (getting a return phone call is nearly impossible) is unacceptable.
Great place, friendly people. Lots of Rvs to pick from.
I was driving across this lovely state towing my new 30ft travel trailer. I stopped in Bend for supplies and had a bracket break loose in the hitch area. Being severely mechanically and pretty much anything fixer-upper challenged, I stopped here to see if they could help. The service gentleman was fantastic! Let me walk my dogs around outside while he drove it back for repairs. I know they were busy but that extra few minutes they took to fix my issue allowed me to continue on my journey stress free! Thank you is not enough!
I'm new here at all seasons but I can say that I truly enjoy coming to work! I feel appreciated by everyone I work for and with and I plan on sticking around because I love my job! All Seasons RV and Marine is awesome!
We bought a used 2013 Jayco Jay Flight from Matt Lawler..great salesman! Yesterday afternoon we took it into service for a couple minor repairs needed that we discovered after delivery. Justin in Service helped us and this morning he called and said everything done and ready to go. Every person we have had contact with at All Seasons has given us the BEST customer service we have ever had. We bought a Landmark last week at All Season's. We had a great experience. Our Tech, Tim was amazingly so thorough in taking care of every possible detail. Our Sales Rep, Pete promptly returned our calls & was great at working with our tight schedule. The entire staff was great & we were pleased with each person we were in contact with. Having purchased several RV's. we found All Season's to be the best we've dealt with! When it's time for a trade, we'll be back! Thanks Guys for making this a good experience!
