With all the competition in Bend, we were positively satisfied with the staff, both in sales and financing, and the service team. Each part had a place with making this purchase fun and informed. If it took longer, they took the time. Absolutely an outstanding place!!! I bought a wakeboard boat from a local car dealership, and had All Seasons shrink wrap it because it was going to be towed from Oregon all the way to New Hampshire. Over 3,000 miles. They went above and beyond my expectations! They lowered the wakeboard tower and padded all the areas of the tower that would touch the boat/interior so it wouldn't do any damage. I have not had a positive experience. I had to take my trailer in for oven repairs three times for the same part. Each time it was hard to get a return phone call either to schedule an appointment or to see if my trailer was ready. I called three times to bring my trailer back for refrigerator problems and could not get a return call. The men who work in service are friendly and if you go in and stand in line the are very helpful. But they need more help. I ended up taking my trailer to Jerry's and someone answers the phone ... read more
