We traveled 4 hours to look at a trailer that we found online and were super excited about, we talked to 3 different people (we assume work at the location, but turns out their third-party customer service) and hadn't had a poor relationship -- until we showed up. If I could leave 0 stars i would. DO NOT BUY JAYCO!! Bought a 2025 jayco slx 260bhw BRAND NEW, in December of 2024. Its a ABSOLUTE pile of crap. EVERYTIME, I use it it has to go in for warranty work. Cupboard doors falling off, literal walls inside the trailer falling off, water leaks, range hood detaching from the cabinet, paneling falling off, door knob broken, ac vents broken, front door doesn't open/close without having to yank on it HARD, hose for the pump was kinked so bad it wouldn't get water to the trailer, it was "... read more
