First time customer and last time I'll be here. Haven't even had my service yet. Currently sitting with my friend waiting for our appointment that I booked the day before. Still haven't been seen and not a single nail tech is available. All have just started their Next time just tell me 9:15am wont work cause I'd rather sit at home waiting for my appointment than in the shop. Guess people dont show up on time for their shifts here. That was the update we were just given.
This place is not very welcoming; the ladies have mad faces, and I felt very uncomfortable. I will not be coming back
Kathy did an amazing job with my nails; she was super precise and efficient, I was super pleased with how they turned out! She did my nails exactly like the picture I sent her and she made sure I was 100% happy with them. Thank you so much!
