Everything! Every time I visit Calistoga I love to eat here, the salmon is cook to Perfection every single bite is delicious , the meats and vegetables as well!
Terrific atmosphere. The wine room is stunning. Great wine list that includes older California cabs. A local institution.
The scallops and shrimp risotto was delicious. Appetizer and dessert also. Server was knowledgeable and attentive. Napa Cabernet was excellent. Great dinner.

We had our New Years Eve dinner there. It could not have been more perfect. Delicious dining and wonderful service. The owners and the chef came by our table to say hello... Loved it!
