Horrible experience. I assume it was the owner, an older man, came from the back when I walked in and immediately began berating me for coming in and keeping him from his work. He refused to help me or really allow me to speak, then angrily snatched a part I was holding from my hand. He then started loudly rambling about me not knowing anything (I definitely do not know anything about mowers, so I suppose he wasn't incorrect). I just silently turned to walk away and he began laughing. Do not go here.
