In the Williams Building- Won’t return a call. Won’t answer the phone. Trying to reschedule my appointment. There’s not a number you can find for them online so I had to call someone else in the building to get it for nothing because they won’t call you back nor do they answer, Drove out there since no one answers when I call- for them to tell me I need an appointment AND their voicemail says to just come on in without an appointment. Lobby was absolutely empty and they said they’re too busy to see me today. What a JOKE
Very long, but worth the read. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! In April they shipped me C-pap supplies. When I received and opened the package, the product inside was not even for the machine that I have. I tried calling between 10 and 15 times between the end of April and first of August to find out how to handle the situation. I was not once ever able to speak to a representative of the company. Worst customer service ever!
They do not turn their phones on at 8am. When you do get thriugh,byou are on hold for extremely long times.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. They are both incompetent and overpriced. I called about supplies I ordered but never received, and I was bounced back and forth between departments with no resolution. I’ve provided my new address twice, yet they continue sending mail to my old address. Their prices are outrageous—charging $125 for a CPAP cushion that can be bought online for $40.
